Why we are building this
A council votes on an investment and the decision is public the same day. A budget is approved and the line is there to read. By the time a tender appears, the intention behind it has usually been visible for months.
Published and findable are different things. The record sits in hundreds of databases, in minutes, annexes and attachments, in whatever format each organisation uses. Reading it takes a full-time role, so the advantage goes to whoever can fund one.
That leaves the smaller supplier answering a specification written months earlier, in two weeks, against competitors who were in the conversation while it was drafted. Often they decide not to bid, and the buyer loses a competitor worth having.
Reading the whole record at once became possible recently. We built BiddingBase to put that within reach of companies that were never going to hire for it.

Your data is yours.
We do not train models on customer material and we do not resell it. Each customer environment is separated from every other.
Grounded answers.
Coverage has limits. Gaps are labelled as gaps, every record carries its date, and a missing figure is shown as missing.
The software drafts, people decide.
AI output is marked and waits for a person to confirm it. Responsibility for a bid stays with the company submitting it.
Price the work, not the seats.
Billing follows usage rather than headcount, so everyone who touches a bid can work in the same place.
Build where the rules apply.
The service and your material stay inside the EU and EEA. We follow ISO 27001 requirements and will certify when funding allows, rather than imply a badge we do not hold.
Where this goes
Finland first, then the Nordics, then the rest of Europe and the NATO countries whose procurement records are already public.
We will know this worked if public shortlists start to look different: more suppliers who can do the work, fewer who won on timing alone. Buyers get better competition when capable companies have time to prepare, which is what procurement law was written to produce.
Our customers are the suppliers. The buyer gets the benefit.
