BiddingBase is a service for companies who sell services or products to the public sector, developed by 99 Tech Oy, a software company based in Helsinki, Finland. It collects tender notices, procurement decisions, budgets and meeting minutes from public databases across the EU, scores them against your company profile, and drafts tender responses from your own material. The service and all customer data are hosted in the EU and EEA, and customer data is never used to train AI models.
